Bijzondere opmerkingen : pH van vers spiervlees na 24 u.

  1. Spiervlees met pH-meting met pH 6 mag en is niet geschikt voor vacuumverpakking.
  2. Bufferfilm buitenzijde produkt heeft best een gemiddelde waarde tussen minimum en maximum.
    vb. buffercode 1 : rundsspiervlees-zuiver produkt : pH 4,8 enz ...
    Buitenfilm met PH Liquid 6014 bekomt men automatisch door het juiste sproeisysteem of benevelsysteem toe te passen.
